Log a Service Desk call

UniDesk is the system used by IT Services to log and progress incidents, more commonly known as logging and progressing calls.  IT Services is now able to offer IT Self Service via UniDesk to University staff and students, which you can use to log your own calls and monitor their progress.  You can also edit your calls to add further information or upload supporting files if required.

N.B.  IT Self Service requires that you log in using Single Sign On (SSO).

Non-University users, i.e. people without a current University user account, can also log a call directly into our call logging system using the Service Desk enquiry form.  However, external users are not able to track the progress of their calls.
